However, more than 90%* percent of cases that come before the Cayuga County Surrogate Court Judge are of a civil nature – things like child custody, divorce, child neglect, adoptions, and estates. Dear Neighbor,
I am Ben Susman and I’m running for the position of Cayuga County Surrogate Court Judge. My wife Maggie was born and raised in Auburn and we feel very fortunate to be raising our two young children in this community—our forever home.
I have dedicated my law practice to representing children and families in the justice system. If elected to be your next judge, I will bring to the bench a tireless work ethic, unmatched experience, and an unwavering commitment to fairness. I would be honored to receive your support and your vote this November.
