A note from the candidate
Dear Neighbor,
I am proud to be running for the position of Surrogate Court Judge and respectfully ask for your support in this November’s election.
As the only candidate with broad experience representing individuals and children in the surrogate, family, and criminal courts, I am uniquely qualified to carry out the rule of law for Cayuga County. I have witnessed first-hand the profound impact of judicial decisions on people’s lives and if I am elected, will take very seriously the responsibility to serve the community in this position of trust.
My career has spanned many areas of practice including both civil and criminal law. I have worked in large law firms serving Fortune 500 clients and I have represented individuals in the Family Court, Criminal Court, Surrogate Court, and Federal Court. I have received awards for my dedicated practice of law and have earned the respect of my colleagues at every level and at every stage of my career. I look forward to earning yours, as well.
Nothing would make me prouder than to serve the community where my wife Maggie was raised, and where we have chosen to raise our two young children. If elected, I will bring to the bench a tireless work ethic, an unmatched breadth of experience, and an unwavering commitment to fairness.
